Thumper it is!

A dog? A cat? No - it's a Rabbit!

Cole and Jandie decided to get a rabbit for a pet, so Cole drew up the pen plans, bought all the materials and built a rabbit pen. It was completed Friday late afternoon and he did a great job on it. That night they headed to Spanish Fork to get this cute 9 week old bunny rabbit. It's a Holland Lop and likes to thump all over his pen, so we might just call him Thumper. They haven't decided for sure on a name yet.

He's fun to watch and hope he gets used to us soon.

A Day Jaunt to Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon National Park is one of our favorite places to go. This was the perfect day to go because the weather was perfect and Utah residents were able to get in free that day.

The park wasn't very crowded either. We started the day off by taking the Navajo Loop and into the Queens' Garden hike. We had to stop every little bit on the way back up the canyon so I could catch my breath, but it made so we could take in the beautiful canyon a bit more.

It was also Cole's 23rd birthday.

Cabin for Scrapbooking

Friends

The past few days I've had the opportunity to spend time with some great friends scrapbooking at a beautiful cabin in Fairview. We scrapped, talked, laughed, ate and got to see some awesome wildlife. We saw plenty of deer, hummingbirds and even a fox hung around the cabin for awhile.

I'm so grateful for this wonderful opportunity to relax with these special friends.
