Fall is by far my most favorite time of the year. Every year the leaves change so quickly up in the mountains that most of the time we don't get a chance to take in their beauty before they fall off the trees. Saturday evening we bought some sub sandwiches and headed up above Sundance where we were to have a picnic dinner. The temperature dropped to about 56 degrees up where this picture was taken so we ate our sandwiches in the van where it was warm.The colors were so beautiful, we only wished we got an earlier start.
